Get a fresh start on the New Year. Each morning Nora will guide you through an inspiring Vinyasa flow class designed specifically for mental and physical regeneration that will motivate you to reach your goals. Everyone will receive a one on one, in person, appointment with nutritionist Bari Rooney. The appointment will include an assessment and a personalized meal plan for the Detox week. Participants will receive natural supplements and a complementary Detox Bath. The week will end with a restorative class with Nora and tips to keep you eating right for the rest of the year.

Join Nora for an invigorating yoga session followed by massage. Special guest, Shannon Byars, the owner of Xynergy, Mind, Body and Soul Spa, of Newport Beach, will make you feel good and educate on the benefits of a regular massage in conjunction with a dedicated yoga practice. Nora’s yoga will focus on strengthening muscles, gaining flexibility, and challenging your edge. All of this leading up to the beauty of massage.
There will also be masseuses available who have worked on professional athletes and Olympians. Stressing the fact that physically active people, like yogis, benefit and enhance their practice through regular massage.
Please bring a friend or partner to practice massage techniques with. This workshop is NOT for couples only.
